Appointments

Your scheduled appointment has been reserved just for you. We appreciate your cooperation with keeping and arriving on time for your office visits.

We understand unforeseen circumstances arise, and when they do, please contact the office and let us know you are running behind or if you need to reschedule. We request 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Late Arrivals

We respect and value your time and do our best to run on schedule. So that we may serve each patient in a prompt and efficient manner, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

In the case of a late arrival, we will accomplish as much as possible during the time remaining for your appointment; however, if inadequate time remains, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Missed Appointments

In order to ensure your treatment stays on schedule and a successful result is obtained, it is important for you to be present for your scheduled orthodontic visits. To prevent any delays in your treatment, we ask that you reschedule a missed appointment as soon as possible.

Insurance/Flex Spending

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance and flex spending benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.

Special Arrangements

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our treatment coordinator prior to receiving service and we will do our best to accommodate you and your family.

Cleanings and Routine Dental Visits

Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment are strongly encouraged to maintain their six-month dental cleanings. Some dentists recommend their patients be seen more often. This is to enable our patients to maintain beautiful and healthy teeth and decrease your chances of developing cavities and permanent white spots.

If you do not have a general dentist, please talk with Dr. Goff. He will refer you to one of the preferred dentists in the area.
